OK so my goal of losing 12.5 lbs this week did not happen..
but I am happy to report that the nasty, slimy, ikky 2 lbs I gained last week have left the premises.
So I guess I can feel pretty good about the original 6 being a solid, real loss now, not just water loss.
I have to say I can-not believe I am still doing this and going strong. Granted the weight is not "melting" off me like I would like, but I am getting to the goal regardless.
I have way more energy than ever and I feel stronger and happier than I have in years. So I'm keep on keepin on.. And the Gym was fantastic today, I have added weights and the circut to my work out and it makes me feel so good!
