Today is day 18, I think I heard somewhere once upon a time, that it takes 21 days to form new habits. I would believe that, today feels easier, like eating healthy and exercising are just part of who I am and what I do. The obsessions have stopped, the cravings have curbed and I find I now crave things like hummus and carrots, snap peas, oranges, raspberries.. The things my body wants.. my brain now wants to.
Which I have to say is kind of cool.
Is it possible I am being re-programmed to love the food my body wants and needs?
